I am interested in how social media can be used as tools to evolve the recruiting experience, build unique relationships and attract otherwise passive candidates.  I can work as a consultant or employee educating and demonstrating to other Human Resources professionals how to apply these concepts in order to develop talent pools and attract a new generation of employees.

> Forward Thinking: I am definitely an early adopter of new technology and breaking what is not broken.  I am the first person to ask, “Why?  I am often the one who introduces my colleges to innovative ways to recruit and am often seen as the subject matter expert when it comes to recruiting specific generations.

> Social:I find all kinds of people interesting and am ALWAYS networking.  The more questions I ask the more I learn – it is amazing all the different types of jobs and industries that are out there.  I have been called the “corporate yenta” – I love to bring people together.
