I am interested in how social media can be used as tools to evolve the recruiting experience, build unique relationships and attract otherwise passive candidates. I can work as a consultant or employee educating and demonstrating to other Human Resources professionals how to apply these concepts in order to develop talent pools and attract a new generation of employees.

I am often the one who introduces my colleges to innovative ways to recruit and am often seen as the subject matter expert when it comes to recruiting specific generations.
