Recently I was inspired at a Real Estate Barcamp (#rebcla and #rebcphx) of all things and saw how this type of a conference could have a real impact in the recruiting space. As I was sharing my excitement with my friend and ex-colleague Chrisa Mott, she saw the value as well and we have decided to do our own Barcamp in Southern California. The Barcamp will be focused on Social Media/Web 2.0 but we will welcome everyone and anyone who wants to participate and present.
